Job Title	:	Senior Dot Net Developer / Tech Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	6 to 8 Years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, Web Services. Project Management.
Experience Required		·        6-8 years of experience in the analysis, design, development and support of large complex applications with excellent working knowledge on ASP.Net, C#, Web Services & SQL ·        Must be familiar with Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server, SQL ·        Hands-on coding on various Microsoft technologies skills ·        Experience with End to end SDLC lifecycle in .NET projects working with customers on analysis, design, implementation & production support, enhancement and transition of .Net applications. ·        Good analytical, problem solving & debugging skills & exposure to debugging tools in Windows environment Working knowledge in configuration management tools. ·        Experience of working in an onsite / offshore model with a large team at an offshore location.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	·        Closely working with Customer and offshore team to deliver solutions ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills ·        Working/Coordinating with Build/Integration Team ·        Perform impact analysis for change requests/scope changes ·        Assist in issue resolution and bug fixing. ·        Work / Experience with onsite / offshore model within a SLAs.
Education	:	BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/MCA or equivalent related experience
Work Location	:	Eagan, MN
