Complete Description:
NC FAST seeks 2 contract Java Developers to assist with the development and implementation of NC FAST Projects. These resources will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST to work closely with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development. Duties include assisting with design requirements development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST. Responsibilities also include reporting status to the project manager and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.

| Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. | Required | 7 | Years |
| Experience using JavaScript. | Required | 7 | Years |
| Technical knowledge in the following areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, and XSL. | Required | 7 | Years |
| Technical knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Web Services Standards (SOAP and WSDL). | Required | 7 | Years |
| Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. | Required | 7 | Years |
