Job Role: Business Analyst (Transportation experienced) 

Location: Raleigh, NC 

Duration: 12+ Months 

****Must Have business processes of a Permitting Unit experience**** 

***Must have department of transportation experience**** 

The client is seeking a Senior Level Technical Specialist for a 12-month engagement.  We are in the process of replacing the Oversize Permit System.  We are seeking an expert to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in understanding the business processes of a Permitting Unit and able to document those requirements.  The position will convey technical and functional concepts to the rest of the development team. 

 

• Experience in reviewing operating procedures for Permitting agencies
• Experience with regulations and policies in the Permitting industry
• Experience as a researcher
• Experience in creating documentation
• Experience working directly with end users
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies
