Job Role: Senior Java web application Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC 

Duration: 12 Months 

***State experience candidates will prefer first***

***Must have experience in BIRT or Jasper***

The primary purpose of the Java Web Application Developer resource is to work with members of our development team and business team to provide application design and development support for existing and new web application modules for Child support technical team. 

• Able to work without assistance; able to manage highly complex work efforts.

• Develop application specifications and test cases

• Develop web applications using program specifications or user requests

• Debug and diagnose coding errors and performance issues

 

Java programming using JEE/Spring framework, eclipse/Rational Application Developer

Experience with .Net

Web services standards SOAP, UDDI and WSDL

Writing SQL scripts for database queries; Knowledge of data access object (DAO), Hibernate

Experience with report system (like BIRT or Jasper)

Experience with Database platforms such as DB2

Experience with JEE supported application server like IBM WebSphere

JSP, JQuery

HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML

Experience with structured system development methodologies, preferably waterfall method
