Title:  Sr. Business Systems Analyst   Location:  Richmond, VA   Position Type: Contract  Duration: 6 + Months  ****Must have 4+ years Point of Sales (POS) experience**** ****Must be local and able to attend face to face interview on short notice***** Sr. BSA needed with Point of Sales (POS) experience for long term position. Analyze business processes, develop business requirements and manage agency-wide technical projects.  Sr. Business Systems Analyst responsibilities include generating high level, detailed system requirements, developing epics/stories for Agile software development, and creating / grooming backlogs related to projects in collaboration with the product owner. Additional duties include articulating and documenting user system requirements, proactively collaborating with product owners to ensure successful implementations align with business processes and conducting joint application design sessions. Duties also include developing and interpreting data flow diagrams and making recommendations concerning screen flows, process flow, and reporting needs. Experience working with Point of Sales or retail systemsExperience Experience working with Point of Sales or retail systems. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well thought-out decisions. Expert in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
