Primary Skills –
SFDC.
- 8+ Years of IT experience
- 4- 6 years of SFDC experience
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.
-Well versed in configuration, customization and integration
- Hands on experience on Service and Sales Cloud
- Experience with configuration and customization using SFDC
- Visual force, Apex, certifications
- Experience of working on support engagements
- Good in communication skills
- Good knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI , Apex, Data Model skills
- Should Collaborate with offshore team
- Co-ordinate with customer, product vendors and other stake IT Teams
- Highly competent in the tool capabilities and implications of using the tool, and be able to quickly provide accurate high-level cost and schedule impacts of each proposed solution
- Able to communicate well with both business Subject Matter Experts and technical design and developers"

10+ years of previous experience working on complex reference data related programs
• Strong background and hands on experience with server side Java Stack development in Micro services architecture
• Experience with HTML5 and Java-script technologies (ExtJs/ Angular, React)
• Strong focus on design and application architecture with hands on development.
• Solid experience in real-time distributed messaging and multi-threaded trading environment.
• Strong experience with Web services development and REST framework with XML/ JSON as the exchange mechanism.
• Strong experience with Object oriented design and programming skills
• C# / .NET experience will be a big plus
• Experience with Big Data frameworks Apache Spark, Hadoop, Integration frameworks and messaging systems (ex. IBM MQ, JMS) or memory grids (ex. MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with Repo Trading & Margin Services functions
• Experience in DevOps
• Delivery focused with proven ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
• Strong controls/ compliance culture
