Position: Support Executive
Location: St.Louis, MO
Duration: 6+ months Contract

Skills:  
ITSM, Splunk, Dynatrace, Scripting, Unix, Postgres or Oracle, Java, Networking concepts
 
Job Description:  
The candidate should have good experience in production support. 
Candidate should have experience supporting mission-critical applications with very little turn-around time for large customers.
Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts.
Either Good in Splunk / Dynatrace. 

We do not require administrators, but someone who has good experience maintaining dashboards.
 Or
Good experience in managing Java applications in production, knowledge of databases, networking

Exp: Around 6 years.

Essential Skills:
Experience in Java, Linux. Experience working in critical production support projects. Good experience in ITSM, Splunk / Dynatrace  

Desirable Skills
Payment domain skills, knowledge of network protocols.
