• 10+ Experience in java and 2/3 years as Tech Lead.
• Most recent 2-3 years with java8 and Spring framework is a must
• Excellent with data structures and problem solving  
• REST API, Object Oriented programming, Design patterns and Relational database
• Experience in writing high quality code with unit/integration/functional tests. Attributes of a high quality code - clean, performant, intuitive, non-complex, modular, structured, convention-compliant
• Interviews are conducted in Java and we probe above mentioned skills. Must be able to demonstrate these skills proficiently.
• As a senior dev, you must be able to divide larger chunks of work among other devs and help complete the feature
• At times of disagreement, you must present your thoughts/insight in a coordinated and harmonious manner to the team leadership
• Dedication and advocacy to code quality with focus on automation and operational excellence
