{Job Junction} Local Need - OPT works - QA Analyst - Indianapolis IN

Role: QA Analyst

Location: Indianapolis IN (Hybrid)  onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Pay: $30-35/hr on C2C max

Candidate must be available for initial 1-hour in person interview and if requested, a second 30-minute Teams interview.

 

Description:

The Quality Assurance Analyst provides quality assurance (QA) services in the information technology area.

Around 5 years Quality Assurance Analyst experience required.

Local candidates to Indianapolis only.

 

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

•Conduct procedures to ensure that all IT systems, products, and services meet minimum standards and requirements.

•Work closely with the applications development team during software development, including areas of applications development, operations/technical support, and security.

•Administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.

•Document testing data, findings, and reports.

•Provide requested weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports and regular updates to the assigned manager/supervisor.

•Devise improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.

•Perform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

•Recommend new/improved QA practices and procedures;

•May assist with the preparation of QA documents, manuals, training curriculum, and training sessions.
