Following are the job responsibilities.

Scrum Master - 50% Organize and lead a cross-functional scrum team from initiation to release
Manage the workflow and groom stories
Plan and lead the team through agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprints, and demos Identify and escalate distractions and barriers that impede or slow progress
Monitor key metrics, such as quality and velocity and provide regular updates
Salesforce Analyst - 50%
Non-coding development work in Salesforce
Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, including reports and dashboards

Requirements

At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master
At least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
At least one SFDC Certification
Excellent communication and relationship skills
