Following are the job responsibilities.

• Scrum Master - 50% Organize and lead a cross-functional scrum team from initiation to release
• Manage the workflow and groom stories
• Plan and lead the team through agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprints, and demos Identify and escalate distractions and barriers that impede or slow progress
• Monitor key metrics, such as quality and velocity and provide regular updates
• Salesforce Analyst - 50%
• Non-coding development work in Salesforce
• Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, including reports and dashboards

 

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master
• At least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
• At least one SFDC Certification
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
