1) Should be familiar with Azure - Primary: Azure Secondary: Oracle
2) Able to work Independently
3) Solve issues / service requests / incidents assigned
4) Should have good communication and explain the issue and the probable workaround in the MIM call
5) Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings
6) Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems
7) Track and manage your work record
8) Prepare accurate and timely reports
9) Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
10) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
11) Good time-management skills
12) Great interpersonal and communication skills.
