Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 10+ yrs
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong in SOA concepts - must have worked as SOA Lead (no developers)
Hands on experience on SOA implementation
Oracle 11g Fusion experience would be preferred, if not Fusion 10g SOA experience is must
Strong on Weblogic
Security, Caching, Deployment and Installations, Design patterns, BPEL, OSB, BPM
Experience Required
Roles & Responsibilities
· Strong in the area of SOA technologies and Web Services development.
· Have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL, Security, SOA Adapter technologies, and Weblogic Server.
· SOA Architecture and Design patterns
· Best Practices and Industry Standards
· SOA Lead - communicate with customers to work on functional and technical requirements.
Generic Managerial Skills

· SOA Performance
· Deployments and Troubleshooting
· Experience with the architecture review process, design of large systems, creation of technical requirements documents, and major decision documents.
· Establish the role as a key SOA solutions expert.
· Define the technical reference architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements, cost constraints, and performance goals of the application.
· Ensure that the technical architecture is consistent with the client's long-term direction.
· Work with the integration solution architects; deliver high level and detailed architecture design and documentation.
· Identify the technical environment required to support the application architecture reviews.
· Define application programming guidelines and standards.
· Collaborate with other architects to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and solve technology integration and performance problem.
Education : Masters preferable
