Description: 3-4 years of experience in managing the team. Application Support Manager a. At least 3 years experience in supporting large (1000+ user) AIX Siebel Production environment Excellent understanding of Production Support processes, monitoring and escalation tools Working knowledge of at least 3 of the below AIX administration Oracle database administration MQ administration Web Service and web server administration Informatica administration Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
