Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
4+ years relevant experience
- Experience in Configuring and Administering Salesforce.com CRM
- Experience in Gathering and Documenting Requirements
- Experience in Creating Functional Specification for Development teams
- Experience in working in an Onshore-Offshore delivery model
Certified SFDC BA (preferred)
Facilitating Requirement meetings with Business teams
- Gathering of Document Requirements from the EMC Business
- Creating Functional Specification (FD) Document and configuring SFDC as per the Business process.
- Creating UAT Test Scripts for Business user testing
