Location:  Houston ,TX

Duration: 6 Months

 

SKILLS: Data Modeling, Erwin.

 

•      BI Background
•      Experience with data modeling for an Enterprise Data warehouse.
•      Understand and Analyze business requirements
•         Support Development & Maintenance of logical and physical schemas for landing/Acquisition layer, Integration layer, analytical layer in Netezza
•         Supporting Maintaining and controlling schema definitions and meta data
•         Establish appropriate data loading strategy (ETL/ELT)
•         Coordinating with the ETL specialist on data mappings and conversion rules
•         Coordinating with the development DB Administrator for instantiating logical schemas into physical schemas
•         Identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse performance
