Demonstrated technical competence within area of expertise.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communications and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007/2012 or Microsoft SMS, Active -Directory (AD), and Windows Server 2008 /2012 R2
• Knowledge of SQL Reporting Server and SQL Script creation
• Knowledge with COE desktop image creation, Windows 7, WIM, MDT 2010
• Enterprise Desktop and server patching and automated software deployment.
Skilled in the support of Microsoft Office Suite and Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Remote Control toolsets
• Self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks over different product lines
