Need: OBIEE Architect in Platteville, WI

Duration:  6 months

 

Description

·         Responsible for the design and support of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) application and architecture.

·         The position requires extensive experience in OBIEE, designing and building an analytical repository (Physical Layer, Business Model and Presentation Layer), create multiple hierarchies and drill-down analyses, and highly functional dashboards.

·         Should also have experience within the following aspects of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition:

·         Migration of repository file and web catalogs across environments Repository patch merging and usage of the multiple user development (MUD) environment

·         Configuring row level and object level security using application roles

·         Creating analysis joining multiple subject areas Oracle and SLES Linux environments

·         Knowledge of creating consumer friendly subject area documentation

·         Ability to design and coordinate a curriculum for coaching and training internal customers in the use of Business Intelligence tools

·         Experience with large and complex relational database management systems(RDBMS) Business analysis experience with and be willing to work in challenging and cross platform environments

·         Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and broad understanding of business operations and requirements and the ability to work in a team environment Other requirements:

·         Knowledge and experience in OBIEE 11g Administration and development, OBIEE components configuration, Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.

·         Integrating OBIEE applications with Custom Applications.

·         Data warehousing experience.

·         Performance tuning and enforcing repository best practices. Collaborate with business areas to successfully implement and maintain enterprise level analysis solution
