Position 1: Salesforce Lead Project Developer / position 2: Salesforce Lead Project Developer or Implementation
Job Description:
Minimum 10 years' experience in Information Technology and Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SFDC Domain along with salesforce; Development / Project
Management & implementations experience is a mandatory.
The candidate will should be able to perform task of Lead, Coding development and configurations.
This person will do some technical tasks such as configuration and writing stories as well as status reporting but will also be working with customer IT teams in a Pre-sales scoping role.
Understanding of the product from functional perspective, able to map requirements to technical features.
Hands on experience in implementing projects using various methodologies.
Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple teams across the globe
Understanding of entire SDLC process and various methodologies
He/she must be able to determine how many resources/hours will be needed for current SFDC projects and future projects.
Will also manage Clients offshore development team and work with our Top coder team and manage those projects.
Should possess good amount of experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Elicitation and testing
Good Communication Skills experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external clients.
Must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders.
Ability to conduct walk through, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization.
Hands on experience in driving RFI / RFP and other proposal activities
Demonstrates strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader. Will also manage Client's offshore development team and work with our Top coder team and manage those projects Able to handle complex projects from conceptualizing to Going-Live.
