Job Title     :      ETL Developer with Talend exp.
Location     :      Jersey City, NJ
Duration    :      6 + Months CTH
Rate             :      $55/Hr

 

Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
• Prior hands-on development experience with Talend data integration tool. A big plus if you have already attended Talend training and implemented in an enterprise environment
• Expertise and proficiency with Java development and SQL
• Experience and knowledge of RDBMS, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Applications
• Familiarity and experience with an ETL tool like Informatica, Ab Initio, SAP Business Objects, Kettle, or Pentaho is a plus
• Experience with Perl and shell scripting also highly desired
• Expertise in PL/SQL and database scripting
• Superior knowledge of data warehousing
• Proficient in Database Architectures and data mappings.
• Incumbent MUST speak English fluently
• Superior verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

 

Experience:
• 3+ years of application development with progressive experience with Talend
• Managed release and deployment of data solutions for large applications
• Supported development and quality assurance teams on data/database/meta-data issues
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Demonstrate a willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills
• Ability to meet and exceed project deadlines
• Ability to work with other departments and all levels of the company
• Strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of service support and delivery procedures
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
