Location     :      Scranton, PA
Duration    :      6 + Months
Rate             :      $60/Hr

EAD OR GC OR US Citizen only required ....

 

Must Have LEAD Experience.

 

Critical skills : Lead Business System Analyst, Retirement Exp, Pension Risk Experience,

 

Responsible for the business process analysis, which includes the creation of the Business Requirement Document (BRD) in support of the Pension Risk Transfer business within the Company's Retirement Technology. This includes engaging business customers to elicit clear understanding of what technology is needed is to meet their objective(s).  Responsible for consistent on-time delivery of quality deliverables in accordance with agreed upon plans. 
The BRD is expected to be written and articulated clearly and must include an workflow of current process and future process expectations. 
Presentation and explanation of BRD, as needed, to support technology team understanding and preparation of project estimates.   
Retirement business knowledge is a requirement; knowledge of the Pension Risk Transfer/Pension DB space is a plus.

 

Responsibilities
Elicit business needs from partners, ensure needs and objectives of the project are appropriately documented in the BRD document, help facilitate review, understanding, and estimation of work resulting from BRD. 
Ensure project team is aware of, and understands, the details of the BRD and the overall business objectives and goals of project.
