Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	Mandatory Skillset: Strong Project Management Skills w/Functional expertise in legal IT systems/program areas. •        Professional expertise in managing large scale projects involving Legal systems •        Project schedule management, Scope management, Risk management and must be able to drive multiple teams effectively •        Project stakeholder management and drive/conduct workshops, focused sessions, management cadences as and when needed •        Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and great communication skills. •        Knowledge in Legal IT systems
Good-to-Have	·        Exposure to legal IT systems ·        PMP certified ·        Greater knowledge of the business side of IT

 

SN	Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1	Project Management w/Exposure in Legal IT systems
2	Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts
3	Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Project.
4	Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
5	Ability to think analytically and should be a problem
6	Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
