Must Have skills:
PBM – Pharmacy benefit management
Pharmacy claims
Business analysis, Requirement gathering
RXClaims – Need to have deep understanding

Expert level of experience in RxClaim and  benefit plan design
PBM Industry experience
Strong experience with client relationship building
Strong level of understanding on Formulary Management, Drug Utilization Management, and Claims Adjudication
Leadership experience in managing project team

Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding, elicitation and documentation of clients business needs around prescription benefit plan design
Translating client needs and requirements to internal CVS teams such as Benefits Coding, Testing and Quality Analysis
Building relationships with key client stakeholders through a consultative approach to fully understand client benefit plan design needs
Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client benefit setup
Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and make key decisions
