Flexible Analytics environment. Support is to include:
Problem identification and resolution
End User support (addressing both questions and problems)
Support of existing and new data load jobs
Security administration
Hardware and software upgrades
Implementation of new hardware and software
Performance tuning
Quarterly patching.

In scope is all of the technology current running in the UPS Flexible Analytics environment. This environment is a LINUX-based Hadoop cluster that is leveraging
Cloudera v5 (the Distribution)
Datameer v5 (the Analytics Tool)
Hive
Java
MySQL DB
Linux scripting (KSH93, BASH)
