This Developer will be responsible for working with the Technical Lead in migrating all the components of the vendor-hosted application to in-house State managed the application. This position will need hands-on Java/ Oracle coding experience. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in coding and development of Java/Oracle applications. The NC PASRR application knowledge is desired. Also hands-on experience with Corticon Rules engine and Adobe Lifecycle.
Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Hands on experience in applications using Java/ J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Portal.
Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle 11g and TOAD for Oracle.
Hands on in JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, DWR, jQuery, Bootstrap, and cross-browser compatibility.
Expert in IBM SOA, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server and IBM HTTP Server.
Expert Experience in designing and deploying BPM workflow solutions using Adobe Live Cycle and Adobe AEM.
Hands-on experience in designing and deploying BRMS using Corticon Business Rules Platform.
Experience on version control systems such as Tortoise and CVS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences.
Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
Understanding of NC's Medicaid Uniform Screening Tool (MUST) system
