- Effective communicator: can easily explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentors fellow engineers and leads cross-team initiatives.
- Identifies problems and seeks solutions independently
- Takes pride in their craft and responsibility for issues that may arise.
- Nice to haves: background with large enterprise projects, familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, New Relic, Heap), understanding of Docker & Kubernetes, implementations of GraphQL server and client.
