Job Profile:
Position : Business Development Executive
Experience : 3 to 5 Years into BPO (Outbound sales exp is a plus)
Relevant Exp : 2+ Years
Location : Hyderabad
Job Description:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO
2. Developing New Business Opportunities for IT Consulting Services for US Market
3. Formulate Account development strategies
4. Interacting with Clients for Contract Agreements
5. Generating the New Accounts and Achieve the Sales Targets in Consulting Services by Identified cross-selling business opportunities.
6. Supporting/ Coordinating between BDM and Recruiting Team
Desired Skills:
1. Must be willing to work in night shift (US timings)
2. Need to have a HUNTER profile with Excellent Communication Skills.
3. Good theoretical understanding of current IT keywords prevalent in the US market.
4. Should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
5. Must have 2+ yrs of Outbound exp into BPO
