3.  Primary Structure Analysis- FEM and Design Hand Calculations

 

below are the details

TASKS:

- Perform stress analysis, hand calculation for metallic and composite primary/secondary structures.

- Checking, approval of design documents (stress reports, justification stress dossiers).

- Weight optimization & support various test/simulation activities.

- Liaison with suppliers (concessions).

- Support passenger to freighter conversion

- Project management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or similar.

- Minimim 3-4 years of work experience in Airbus (or Boeing) stress methods, handbook (HSB) & certification.

- Very good understanding of structural concepts, static strength analysis using FEM, writing stress reports for

justification and certification.

- Experience in Global FEM, impact test, interior, wing, floor, VTP, fuselage, materials (IM, Ti,Al) will be bonus.

- Good knowledge in Patran, Nastran, ISSY, ISAMI, Unix & MS Office.

- Experience in Catia V4 or V5, Abaqus, ASSACOS, SAMOD, PRIMES, Zamiz, TAKSY, SAP, Hypermesh, VBA will be bonus.

- Excellent English skill. Knowledge in German or French will be advantageous.

- Team player, flexible, reliable & excellent project management/ communication skills.

1. Stress Engineers- Primary Structures Nastran and Patran with FEM and Hand Calculations (3 Poistions)

Location- Germany Shuld be able to report on 1st week or 2nd week of April on Client Location

If he is holding work permit of Germany will be able to transfer to NABKO

2. A400M-Electrical Wireharness Design and Drawing Creation. (3 Positions)

Location- Germany Shuld be able to report on 1st week or 2nd week of April on Client Location

If he is holding work permit of Germany willing transfer work permit

 

TASKS:

- Perform Electric Wireharness routing for A400M Programme

- Drawing Creation for A400M Electric Wireharness

- Bracket Positioning

- Secondary Brackets Designing like A-Brackets, B-Brackets, movable C-Brackets

- GRM Work of Bundle routing

- Support Quality levels to Airbus standards

- Project management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or similar.

- Minimim 3-4 years of work experience in Airbus (or Boeing) Standards

- Very good understanding of concepts,

- Experience in Working of different Programmes of Airbus like !320, A340, A380 or A350 for Wire harness Design

- Experience in Catia V4 or V5, PRIMES, Zamiz, Trend, SAP, DMU Net, Windchill. etc..........Airbus Tools

- Excellent English skill. Knowledge in German or French will be advantageous.

- Team player, flexible, reliable & excellent project management/ communication skills.

 

3. Stress Engineers- Automotive BIW Structures, Sheet metal, (10 Profiles). profiles shuld reach latest by

Location-US. H1-B Visa will be desirable.

He will shortlist the candidates then rest of the formalities to be handled by Nabko (after discussions by basvaraj,naveen and muttu)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or similar.

- Minimim 2-4 years of work experience in Automotive Industry

- Very good understanding of concepts,

- Experience in Working of different BIW Structures Analysis

- Experience in Sheetmetal

- Experience in Ansys, Abacus, Pancrash

- Excellent English skill.

- Team player, flexible, reliable & excellent project management/ communication skills.
