The key skill sets that they need currently are:
SSIS
SSRS
COGNOS
Client needs help in developing a project plan on how they can move from their current reporting environment of Cognos to SSRS with adata warehouse that works with Dynamic CRM 2011

 

SSRS/SSIS experience aggregating data from multiple data sources as a single data source.  The data will also need to be transformed. 
Knowledge of the steps of how build the foundation for efficient report writing
Knowledge of how to utilize SSRS to deliver query capabilities to the end users
Knowledge of how to us SSRS to develop production reports within CRM
What is the best method to deliver up SSRS reports  - Website, CRM/Silverlight Applications, or SharePoint.
