QUALIFICATIONS:
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Informatics, Statistics, Finance, Health Care, Computer Science or related field required. 7-10 years demonstrated
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Informatics, Statistics, Finance, Health Care, Computer Science or related field required. 7-10 years demonstrated
in-depth experience and knowledge in analytics, analysis, or related field or area may be substituted for a degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in leading, developing and supporting Business Intelligence projects or quality improvement initiatives

required.
Minimum of 5 years analytical and/or data analysis experience that includes but not limited to: querying structured data sets, evaluation of business process and problems, feasibility studies, preparing detailed business requirements, supporting end users and system testing required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following: Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects or SAP products preferred.
Experience in the health care or managed care industry preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability of analytics, including but not limited to statistical, regression and complex analysis required.
Demonstrated Data Warehouse concepts and knowledge of best practices and standard methodologies required.
IBM Certified Solution Expert Cognos BI, preferred.
Strong SQL skills required.
