Role: Java Developer/Lead

 

Project: Strong server with exposure to deploying web based applications.

 

 

Tech skills: 

          - StrongJava

          - exposure  jQuery, HTML5, CSS

          - Strong JSF

          - Strong Oracle

          - Strong Spring, Hibernate

 

- Soft skills/attitude:

          - Good communication skills - should be able to interface with biz users and other dev teams

          - Take ownership of what they do

          - Proactive - Should be able to identify gaps and raise risks/issues, able to think outside of the box, work independently

          - Quick learner

          - Flexible - Quick to adjust to changes

          - Offshore coordination/communication / not a PM, but should be able to manage projects and tasks with offshore / onsite teams
