Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Very Important:JIRA Development,Confluence  administartion,Project Management,Agile development, work  with Cross functional teams • Five or more years of experience with software development • Two or more years of experience with JIRA and Confluence administration • Two or more years of experience in project management or team leadership roles • Two or more years of experience with agile development and continuous integration • Two or more years of experience with business process analysis an optimization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong people skills • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams and create consensus • Excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills
