Skill & Job Description 

Proficient in PeopleSoft General ledger modules like journal posting, allocations, revaluations
Proficient in People tools like AE, SQR, COBOL, PeopleCode, AWE.
Proficient in PeopleSoft debugging techniques like generating/analyzing trace.
Should have strong database concepts and knowledge.
Proficient in performance tuning techniques.
Having experience in one or two production support projects
Should posses Excellent communication skills and knowledge in working with different teams like PS Admin, DBA.
Technical assistance to team in Analysis, creation of test cases and reviews before delivering it to onshore and business users.
Issues escalations and proper handling the situations.
Interaction with Business team to troubleshoot the queries in existing process.
Acknowledge the VT (sending acknowledgement email to user).
Interacting with the user to understand the problem in detail.
Obtain information and required data from production with the help of the user.
Analyzing the Root cause of the issue.
