Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Des Moines, IA
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Type of experience:
Two to four years of proven experience in process or project management of business process improvements or technology related projects or equivalent business experience.
Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives of multiple cross functional projects
Solid understanding of technical and system environments
Knowledge of various process or project management methodologies
Innovation and strategic thinking skills, including industry-wide knowledge and understanding of technology processing systems.
Proven skills in building relationships and influencing people across the organization to break down barriers and foster collaboration
Group facilitation skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills demonstrated through successful experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate well with multiple levels of the organization as well as externally
Demonstrates a high degree of ownership and commitment to assigned projects; negotiates the definition of project success with business owners, and
hold themselves accountable for project performance
Some travel may be required
Preferred:
Experience in health care, insurance, or financial industry
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
