Need senior Architect level candidate
Very good at UI development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Visual designing with proficiency in Photoshop
Strong exposure to UI design/development for Financial domain the person must have worked in a number of financial projects; the reason being that he should be able to clearly grasp incomplete requirement (and then translate that into UI) - and of course he/she should have great UX skills - be able to create asthetically pleasing UI mock-ups that the team can work on.
