Job Description:-

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities –

•               Analyze information system requirements, create designs, and provide technical documentation by utilizing specified tools and methodologies

•               Provide information system technology solutions by adhering to  prescribed life-cycle tools and methodologies

•               Provide a variety of services ranging from day-to-day on call support, maintenance, development, and trouble-shooting to improve, advance or simplify applications and processes.

•               May provide day-to-day mentoring to junior developers, task delegation, and status reporting

•               Other duties as required.  This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.

 

Education and Experience –

 

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related discipline and a minimum 6 years software development.

 

Skills and Qualifications –

•         Minimum 7+ year's hands-on experience with web development – Java, J2EE, JSPs and Struts2.

•         Experience with web services.

•         Experience with at least one leading application servers:  BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBOSS.

•         Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

•         Flexible in a changing work environment and driven to succeed in a fast paced atmosphere.
