1) Creating system integration components using contemporary communication protocols using Java based framework.
2) Working closely with the implementation team to define technical interface requirements and establish efficient protocols between systems
3) Interacting closely with other development teams to provide overall technical solution to meet system interface requirements.
4) Leveraging industry (Java and J2EE) best practices to design, develop, test, implement and support a multi-tier J2EE solution working with an Oracle DB
5) Experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale, Java/J2EE projects from end-to-end.
6) Ability to translate business requirements into system interface design
7) Experience with n-tier J2EE technologies such as Java Enterprise Edition 5, JSP, JavaScript, Web Services, JMS, Enterprise Beans, Spring/Hibernate, Maven, JDBC, JMX, securing Java applications, XML, XSD, XSLT, Parsers, and/or Eclipse IDE
8) Effective interpersonal and formal communication skills through various media (in person, writing, telephone, online meeting)
9) Knowledge of RDBMS
10) Experience in Service-orientated Architectures
11) Experience with Unit testing and writing well formatted and documented code.
12) Solid experience working in a fast paced development environment and multiple initiatives with good multi-tasking skill.
13) Demonstrated ability to present options and technical recommendations in a manner that supports quality decision making
14) Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the workload and project needs
15) Experienced in managing multiple projects and working in a fast paced environment work under tight timeframes.
16) Knowledge of application programming best practices and corporate architecture standards and guidelines.
