Job Description :

 

"• Focuses on the overall health of the network, overseeing server deployment, security, and ensuring persistent network connectivity

• Oversees the installation and updates to any software as well as install and maintain any hardware needed to operate the network

• Provides guidance when upgrades in hardware or software are required to create a new network or enhance an existing one

• Maintain Customer's Network LAN / WAN infrastructure, including insuring compliance and currency of the software version

• Work closely with System Administrators, Network Administrators and others to ensure policies are being followed and appropriate steps are taken to protect the Customer's infrastructure

• Provide 3rd level software support to the support groups and the Customer to assist in resolving any network related issues

• Performs assignment of network addresses, routing protocols and routing table configuration

• Handles configuration of authentication and authorization-directory services

• Participate in a 24x7 on-call duty rotation as assigned"
