Job Description:-
Job Duties and Responsibilities –
Ø Lead architecture and design teams
Ø 10 years of Java EE experience Maintain and support new and existing libraries and core services in the Enterprise Services Platform (ESP).
Ø Develop prototype and architecture for new concepts and technology that would eventually be used by the Development teams.
Ø Provide support and mentoring to both senior- and junior-level developers distributed amongst the Development teams.
Ø Assist Operations team in optimizing and stabilizing the platform through identifying and tuning performance bottlenecks.
Ø Perform other duties as assigned.
Ø Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment.
Ø Exposure to Agile methodology a plus.
Ø Development against relational database preferably using Oracle
Ø In-depth knowledge of code build/maintenance solution preferably Maven or Ant
Ø Ability to create cost-estimates and software/system development Business Cases.
Minimum Qualifications
Ø Education
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Ø Skills and Experience
o 5+ years of software architecture experience
o 10+ years of software development experience
o 7 years of experience in building large scale and highly distributed systems
o 7 years of onsite customer facing consulting skills
o 4+ year's experience developing SOA Applications using BEA Technical Stack.
o 4+ year's experience coding Java/J2EE
o 2+ year's experience integrating distributed Applications including .NET, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications.
o 2+ yrs experience in Architecture Analysis/Design, as well as demonstrated ability to solve end customers problems.
o Experience in a Banking, finance domain would be plus.
o Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills.
o Must be a team player.
