Job Title: Systems Engineer—Business Analyst Skills
Location: Los Angeles ,CA
Duration: Long Term
Need designing experience with advanced digital advertising which is targeted and based on user profile, demographic like other decisions. The person should be technical and not marketing. Experience with Media domain is highly preferred for designing on the fly advanced advertising technology on Set top Box/IPTV/ Websites.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science), Master's degree preferred
· 7+ years relevant experience as a Systems Engineer in a fast paced environment required
· Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Elaboration and high-level architectural designs
· Experience in designing and implementing multi-tier, highly concurrent and distributed IPTV/OTT Server side applications
· Experience with internet-scale HTTP caching solutions
· Experience with a RESTful architecture
· Knowledge of mobile technologies and Experience with design IPTV/OTTUI solutions for Multi Device Platform
· Outline the High level business requirements and use cases into Solution, component user stories
