Requirements:  The following requirements or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience:

 

Experience:
It is desirable that the candidate will have a least 3 years in developing and implementing open source platforms, systems and databases.
 
Skill/Technology:
IT is required that the individual can demonstrate an operational expertise, experience and understanding in the following:
mongoDB
MySQL
Open Source application/systems development
Extensible Mark-up Language (XML)
 
It is desirable that the candidate can demonstrate and operational expertise, experience, and knowledge in the following:
a.  PopHealth®
b.  HTTP
c.  JSON

 

Quality Measure Engine
Microsoft SOL Server
Patient Quality Reporting System (PQRS)
Analytics and Business Intelligence
Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CCDA)
Quality Reporting Document Architecture
(QRDA)

 

Meaningful Use (MU)
Electronic Health Records
NA
