Ability to manage high complexity and high ambiguity initiatives effectively
Ability to frame an Architecture vision and socialize and get buy-in from Senior IT and Business Executives.
Deep understanding of SOA, patterns and development methodology
Experience implementing large, mission-critical systems with stringent non-functional requirements
Exposure to integration technologies – Web Services, Messaging, Batch and Event-driven
Experience in role of Architect creating and defining: System Maps, Architecture Plans, System Technical Architecture and Integration and Security
