Ø Integration Architect with six to eight years of hands on experience working with Oracle SOA Suite (11g and 10g) - Fusion (BPEL, ESB, Adapters, B2B, OWSM, OER, OSR, BAM), six years of experience with IBM WEBSPHERE, IBM WEBSPHERE MQ and IBM ESB, Websphere Process Server, one year of experience with TIBCO Business Works, and one year of experience BEA Weblogic (ALSB, ALBPM, ALER), with one year of experience working with PEGA products and WEBMETHODS Fabric.
Ø Experience with Websphere Liberty Apps server is a must.
Ø Have over five years of experience in an SOA Architect/Senior Developer role and four years of experience in Enterprise/Solutions/Application/Integration Architect role.
Ø Areas of expertise include middleware technologies (Java EE 5), Systems Integration (EAI, B2B), Enterprise portals, Identity Management, Applications Performance tuning.
Ø Has good business acumen and broad knowledge of technologies & tools. Experience in various software development methodologies such as RUP, waterfall, etc.
Ø Decisive, action-oriented and result-focused Architect. Driven by new challenges and desire to be successful in all endeavors. Immensely enjoys navigating all aspects of complex projects.
Ø Experience in Financial, Healthcare, High-Tech, Healthcare and Manufacturing (Supply Chain Management) Industry Verticals.
Ø Directed several large-scale projects and managed technical teams. Two years of experience as Project/Technical/Development Manager.
Ø Excellent work ethic - incredibly motivated, able to be proactive and is a strong self-starter.
Ø Expertise includes analyzing, defining and documenting requirements for data, workflow and logical processes.
Ø Excels at the articulating technology to various audiences throughout the organization - superb business sense, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Able to capitalize on a strong Information Technology background in order to successfully add value to an organization.
