Total experience in required Skills (in Years): 8-10

 

Essential Skills: PeopleSoft Functional Consulting, Oracle Taleo

 

Area of Expertise: Peoplesoft

 

 

Job Description:

·         Advanced functional expertise in PSFT product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration.

·         Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities.

·         Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications.

·         Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation.

·         Should be able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise.

·         Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering.

·         Has an understanding of processes core domains (Fin, HCM primarily).
