Role: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Montvale ,NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple large or moderately complex Infrastructure projects as part of Infrastructure workstream.
• Manages deliverables from external vendors (Oracle, PracTrans & Inglenet ) and internal teams (ITIO etc) to complete setup of POC -> Dev->QA->UAT->PI->Prod environments (14 environments).
• Manage/Facilitate procuring, build, configure, testing & implementation of hardware, software, monitoring, disaster recovery etc. in a fast paced environment.
• Possesses good understanding of project management methodologies and technologies as they relate to business needs. Facilitate delivery of WU SDLC deliverables adhering to WU RACI.
• Coordinates across project team to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of all assigned projects that satisfy customer expectations
• Manages Issues and Risks in assigned projects
• Manages Financial Estimation and Budget tracking in assigned projects
• Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters
• Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
• Establish clear and Effective management approach for delivery dealing with onsite & offshore resources
• Dealing with multi-layered delivery team(s)
• Manages Schedules and Dependencies with Inter/Intra program in assigned projects
• Assigns and manages activities of multiple project teams, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. Monitors and evaluates project progress, maintains project documentation and provides status communications to team and stakeholders
• Manage assigned projects in WUPPM and related tasks.
• Understands matrix management relationships and issues facing the business and information technology that affect performance and delivery
• Performs duties and makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures and exercises a moderate to high degree of independent judgment.
