Role: Biztalk Consultant

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 3+ Months possible Extension

Need Locals, In person interview

Description

The position should focus its effort on

·         Leverage the EAI and ETL technologies to provide cost-effective data integration solutions, that are sustainable in the long term and SOX compliant

·         Implement end to end data integration solutions as designed in conjunction with the Data Integration Services Development Lead and Data Architect

·         Work with other team members on Interface architecture design and development

·         Share the knowledge and experience with other team members to help the overall integration effort

·         Coding - following the defined naming conventions and best practices

·         Unit Testing and documenting the results

·         Technical Design Documentation

·         Optimization of code for performance and reusability

·         Get code reviewed

·         Creation of Deployment Package

·         Deployment to DEV

·         Complete and hand over deployment package to Administrator(s)

·         Provide support during Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT

·         Prepare documentation for Production Turnover

·         Provide post go-live support including break fixes

·         Effectively communicate status, issues, risks and challenges in a timely manner to Development Lead and Enterprise DIS Manager, as appropriate

·         Work with Development Lead to determine the complexity and level of efforts

·         Coordinate with DBA team for any database related jobs and Control-M team for any scheduled jobs

 

Qualifications

·         Knowledge and experience in design and development of data integration solutions using a formal SDLC methodology

·         Experience in Microsoft Biztalk Server 2013 R2

·         Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

·         Experience in C#, .NET, WCF, SQL Server

·         Experience in XML, XSLT, TFS, SharePoint, Oracle

·         Integration experience with WebServices (REST, SOAP)

·         BizTalk experience working with WCF adapters

·         Experience with BizTalk Administration

·         Experience with .NET Framework Data Provider for mySAP Business Suite

·         Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns

·         Communications

·         Interpersonal skills

·         Flexibility, diplomacy and problem-solving

·         Debugging and troubleshooting skills

·         On-site Off-shore coordination
