Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype

Mandatory Skills:
·        Min 5+ years of IT experience
·        Min 4+ years of experience as an Lead/Sr developer in Thunderhead NOW platform (5.0 and above)
·        Technical experience in installation and configuration of Thunderhead products (minimum version 5.0)
·        Minimum of 4 years of work experience in administration of client server applications on Windows, Linux and/or Unix platforms
·        Minimal 2 years hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) thunderhead communications
·        Experience integrating Thunderhead with upstream systems (e.g. Guidewire etc.)
·        Experience integrating Thunderhead with Document Management Systems (FileNet, Documentum, Alfresco etc.)
·        Must have strong knowledge of architectural principles/concepts
·        Must have strong modeling experience with UML
·        Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
·        Must have strong experience using XML, XSD, XSL, XSL-FO, Java, Java Script
·        Must have strong knowledge and experience in Service Oriented Architecture and messaging techniques including JMS, SOAP, REST, MQ etc. Experience in any Integration product such as IBM or Oracle suite is an added advantage
·        Must have strong understanding and experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server
·        Must have working experience in any Application Servers including JBOSS, Web Logic, Web Sphere
