Job Responsibilities:
· Gain an in-depth knowledge of client's complex CMS architectures, implementations and usage
· Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content and collaboration solutions
· Design and improve technical and application architectures for Adobe Experience Manager and related Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing technologies, to help clients increase the effectiveness and impact of their digital marketing efforts
· Responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements
· Design and implement customer engagement strategies to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments
· Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundational Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
· Experience in domain-specific architecture concepts and emerging technologies. (Design patterns, frameworks, current Java based solutions, mobile etc.)
· Define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution
· Design prototypes, templates and pilot solutions to demonstrate industry best practices
· Define project scope and ensure changes to scope and deliverables are managed
· Lead face-to-face and remote technical meetings with clients
· Work with internal and external customers to ensure the best use and seamless execution of Adobe Technology
· Participate in practice development activities in creating solutions and repeatable assets
· Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount
· Provides accurate estimates of effort required to develop and deploy technical components of overall solutions.
· Work with the consulting staff to create effective information architectures
· Provides hands-on development support to in-house, near-shore or offshore project teams.
· Work with leadership and sales teams to identify growth opportunities for clients
· Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends and best practices.
· Identify and manage risk on projects.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years professional experience
· 5-6 years as an architectural lead
· 4+ years' experience working with CQ /AEM
· Extensive knowledge of the Adobe CQ 5.5/5.6/6.0+ technology stack and OSGi architecture and specifications
· Proficient in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform and the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix
· Strong understanding of front-end technologies and libraries including JQuery, ExtJS and JSON
· Deep understanding of Java, JEE, servlets, JSP, tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernat

· Expert in all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
· Experience with implementing responsive web design and multi-lingual websites in AEM
· Working Knowledge of Tagging, MSM, Language Copy, Blueprint, Language conversion adapters/workflow
· Expert understanding of all AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ development and deployment process
· Experience setting up CQ5/AEM projects using Maven and standard eclipse tools
· Experience in CQ5 and LDAP integration
· Understanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
· Experience working with Adobe Analytics/Adobe Campaign/Adobe Target/Adobe Campaign/DTM or similar tools
· Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment , experience with Agile a strong plus
· Proficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology utilizing Java language constructs
· Experience running A/B, multivariate and behavioral targeting tests. Previous experience working with the Adobe Marketing Suite of products (SiteCatalyst, Test &Target, etc.)
· Ability to work we and make appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints
· Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
· Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
Nice To Have
· AEM certification is a plus
· Experience integrating Adobe Search and Promote and Site Catalyst web analytics tool with CQ5
· Knowledge of AEM ecommerce with Hybris
· Understanding and working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5
