{Job Junction} Immediate opening for BCBS NC- QA Tester with ETL

Client:- BCBSNC

Location:- Chapel Hill, Durham

ALL ROLES:

Duration:  6 month contract

 

·         Minimum:

1.        5 years of experience in the role

2.       1-3 years in Ab-Initio Data Warehousing environment or  1-3 years in ETL Data Warehousing environment

·         Advanced SQL skills – complex query experience, ANSI standards

·         Background and knowledge of Warehouse concepts/methodologies, preferably an object oriented language (1-2 years with Teradata preferred, but Oracle, SQL Server, or Netezza experience is also relevant )

·         Strong problem solving and communication skills (both oral and written)

·         Healthcare industry experience a plus

·         Ability to act as a lead/liaison for off-shore development teams or technical project management would be a plus

 

 

Sr. Technical QA Analyst – 5 positions

 

Top Skills Needed:

·         Understanding of data models

 

Sr. Technical QA Analyst – 2 positions

 

Top Skills Needed:

·         Specific/required experience:  Experience building a reusable, upgradable and maintainable end to end test bed in a Data Warehouse environment as well as a release process

·         Understanding of data models
