Job Title	:	Senior Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5 years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Must Have – Deep knowledge in Sharepoint 2010 . Good to Have -  Java Scripts and good communication skills. C# / ASP .NET (.NET 3.5 / 4.0 is a plus, SQL Server, Oracle Experience, Windows communication foundation (WCF) LINQ is a plus Visual studio 2008/2010 is a plus Enterprise Library 5.0 is a plus JSON NUnit,
Experience Required	:	·         Experience in application migration from Lotus notes to Sharepoint. ·         Provide architectural suggestions on Sharepoint as a target platform. ·         In depth knowledge of object oriented development concepts, tools and methodologies ·         Demonstrated ability to write software in C# ·         Demonstrated knowledge of SQL query syntax and usage ·         Experience with web based solutions, N-tier architectures. ·         Must have experience in the above technologies in a challenging technical environment. Must have worked within a team using a formal application development methodology. Good team player. Also experience on working in an Onsite - Offshore model is a must.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Role Senior Developer. Responsibilities ·         Involved with the Application Development team in the development life cycle. ·         Design understanding & review ·         Development & System Testing ·         QA & UAT support Write high quality documentation, perform unit testing and adhere to prescribed software development process Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good interpersonal skills
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering or Masters.
